When you have a life changing event you may need to contact and change your information with several benefit plans. For example, if your life qualifying event is that you recently married, several things you need to consider changing are: 1. Your Name or address, with UT, your retirement plan, your deferred compensation plan, your insurance plans. 2.Your Beneficiary/ies, with UT, your retirement plan, your deferred compensation plan, your insurance plans. 3. Adding coverage for your new spouse or dependents with your insurance plans.
