Dan Trentham will serve as team leader in the Human Resources Call Center (HRCC). Dan has worked in several different areas at the University of Tennessee with increasing responsibilities in assignments and will soon celebrate his 28th year with UT. He has been in Benefits and Retirement for the past 20 years, most recently serving as an assistant director. Dan is past president of the Tennessee College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and is a member of the national CUPA-HR organization. Dan earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from UT and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in adult education.
Judy Nichols will join Dan Trentham in the HRCC to assist employees as a call center specialist. She came to the University of Tennessee 21 years ago, first serving as a senior secretary and then moving up in the organization. Before coming to UT, Judy worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority — an experience she has used to relate to employees and their needs at UT. "Nothing gives me more pleasure than to help fellow employees understand and receive the most from their benefits," she said.
Assisting Dan Trentham and Judy Nichols with the HRCC is Priscilla Bright, executive director of Total Rewards. Priscilla has been with the university for more than 31 years. She worked 22 years in human resources for the Institute of Agriculture, and then joined the System Human Resources office. In that role, she has been responsible for policies, technology needs and communication, benefits, retirement and compensation. Priscilla earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in public administration at UT. She is a member of the state and national College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).
