Dan Trentham serves as team leader in the Human Resources Call Center. Dan has worked in several different areas at the University of Tennessee with increasing responsibilities in assignments for almost 30 years. He has been in Benefits and Retirement for the past 20 years, most recently serving as an assistant director.
“It is such a good feeling to hear that sound of relief after we take care of a frantic caller regarding a pressing HR concern,” Dan said.
He is past president of the Tennessee College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and is a member of the national CUPA-HR organization. Dan earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from UT and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in adult education.
Michelle Whited also works in the Call Center assisting employees. She has been with the University for 22 years and has experience working in several areas within Human Resources.
