The Customer Service celebration was hosted on October 30, 2012, at the University Center's Executive Dining Room. Linda Francisco, executive director of talent management for Human Resources, and Brian Roe, trainer and management specialist for Employee & Organizational Development, led the ceremony and awarded certificates. Thirty-four UT staff members finished the 32-hour certification this year. Congratulations to our customer service graduates!

On May 23, 2012, EOD hosted the annual celebration for the Communication certification. Brian Roe, lead trainer for Communication, addressed the graduates and awarded certificates. This year, EOD had a total of 18 Communication graduates.

The most recent Introduction to Supervision graduation celebration was held on January 29, 2013, in the Executive Dining Room of the University Center. Twenty UT employees were recognized for completing the certification in 2013. Stefani Mundy led the celebration and presented certificates.

Recent graduates of the Leading at UT certification were honored for their completion of the 70-hour program on November 13, 2012. This year, we recognized six new graduates of the certification.
