The UT Leadership Institute recognizes and trains leaders within the University to help develop their skills and understand the role of leadership in higher education.
Formed in 1981, the Institute has graduated more than 900 participants and has a lengthy list of accomplished alumni from around the state. Exit surveys from the 2011 program show 90 percent of participants rated the Institute as outstanding.
