Results are being used in several ways, at both system and campus levels, to help make UT an even better place to work. One example is in the president's strategic plan. Many of the initiatives target challenge areas identified by the survey such as compensation, performance management and communication.
A statewide task force within UT's Compensation Advisory Board analyzed and made recommendations on implementation processes. Campuses and institutes formed additional teams focused on strengths and opportunities specific to each entity.
